ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Duties will vary over time and role holders will need to be adaptable and resilient, ready to undertake a diverse range of tasks. 


Applicants must however have:

 
  • Recent experience of working in a private office or executive support/ secretariat role.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (both written and oral), including experience in dealing with and influencing senior colleagues. 

  • Integrity and experience of dealing with sensitive issues.

  • Have the ability to quickly grasp and disseminate complex issues.

  • Be self-motivated, highly organised and able to co-ordinate activity, working effectively with colleagues across the wider programme and beyond.

  • Have the ability to multi-task, managing a varied workload, deliver under pressure and prioritise effectively, reacting quickly and calmly to changing circumstances.

  • Be innovative and be flexible in your approach, willing to assist colleagues when required.

  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
